Made to order:

Made to order items will be available within a specific window. Once the window is closed orders can be expected between 6-8 weeks depending on volume.

Ready to ship:

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 Business Days of purchase from California, U.S. All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created, you will be able to follow along on your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order".

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. If orders are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

If the item you ordered off of our website is not the right fit or style for you please contact customer service at hellosparrowrose@gmail.com This helps us keep track of returns and when to expect them. DO NOT SEND RETURN WITHOUT EMAILING FIRST. We do not accept returns for refund however we do allow you to send back your item for store credit. Store credit will only be issued within a 14 day window of receiving your item and will omit the original shipping costs. We apologize if this is an inconvenience we are a small slow fashion brand and this is the best we can do at the moment (we’re are also sure we can find you something else you will love!).

Exchanges

If you receive your order and would like another size. Please email me at hellosparrowrose@gmail.com. If we have the alternate size in stock I will be happy to swap sizes however all shipping costs will be at the consumers expense. All exchanges much be completed within 2 weeks of receiving your item.

Customs & Import Duties

We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Sparrow Co will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. We recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. .

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee.
